Mr. Paul Tasong, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy, Planning and Territorial Development (MINEPAT), led the Cameroonian delegation composed of representatives of MINEPAT and the Investment Promotion Agency (API ),

around twenty officials, 60 client companies of SCB Cameroon, 7 public and private media, and SCB Cameroon collaborators. The African Continental Free Trade Area (ZLECAF) and eleven countries, including Cameroon, were in the spotlight of the investment market.

In his opening speech in the presence of numerous administrative, institutional and diplomatic authorities including His Excellency Mouhamdou Youssifou, Ambassador of Cameroon to the Kingdom of Morocco, Mr. Mohamed El Kettani, CEO of the Attijariwafa bank Group maintained that “Africa is well positioned to become a driver of global development. But to realize its full potential, the sustainable transformation of its assets must rely on disruptive and inclusive policies, strategic investments and optimized allocation of resources.
