A WELKOM’DAY FOR OUR NEW RECRUITS.

This ceremony marked the release of the 2024 vintage of all-rounders called “Fer de lance”. 
Indeed, 25 new recruits (multi-skilled counter clerks in agencies) were welcomed this September 30 at Academia SCB by the General

Management,represented by Ms. Viviane MVONDO, Director of the Commercial Operations, Human Capital and Top Management Department of the bank.

First Ms. Ernestine BONDJO – Director of Human Capital who, in her welcome remarks, recalled the recruitment process as well as its significant figures - more than 1,500 applications, 150 tests, 60 interviews for 25 places -. She also highlighted the bank's expectations of our new colleagues, in particular discipline, diligence, punctuality, rigor but above all respect for ethical rules.
