TAKE-OFF TOUR OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Ms. Viviane MVONDO, Director of the Commercial Operations Division, carried out the tour of taking office during the month of November 2023. This tour called “Discovery of the Network - The new missions” had the aim of:
- Meet colleagues, with active participation in group and network meetings.
- Take ownership of the work environment and understand the daily realities of dedicated teams.
- Make a general inventory of the commercial area dedicated to individuals.
At the end of her tour, the Director of the Commercial Operations Department said she was reassured by the team spirit and the positive dynamic that reigns within the commercial network in charge of Individual and Pro-VSE customers. She met colleagues who were very committed to carrying out their missions. However, it also detected areas for attention and improvement; which will certainly be resolved within the framework of the objectives assigned to it by General Management.
Ms. Viviane MVONDO was accompanied by her close colleague Mr. Alexis FOUDA NKADA Director of Individuals, Professionals and Pro-VSEs. Together they met the teams from the Littoral-West, Center-East and North Networks. They visited the agencies of Bafoussam, Mbouda, Foumbot, Garoua, Guider and Maroua, as well as the emblematic town of Mokolo.
The commercial tour ended in Douala with an unannounced visit to the Bonanjo, Liberté and Bonakouamouang agencies. The sales teams approached welcomed this initiative and are very open to all the improvements aimed at developing the profitability of the bank, the quality of service offered to customers and the development of each employee involved.
The year, which starts in a few days, will be littered with identical field meetings. The Commercial Operations Director intends to meet on site with employees from the South and East agencies, during the first quarter of 2024.
